  Do I have to be a Terraplana.com customer already to receive a coupon? top  

  No, you don't but you will need to register for a Terraplana.com online account in order to claim a coupon promotion. You may well receive a promotional coupon if you subscribe to our Terraplana e-newsletter.

  How do I redeem a coupon that I’ve received? top  

  It’s simple to redeem a coupon and is done during the checkout process. Add the product(s) you want to purchase to your shopping bag by clicking the “Add to bag” button. From your shopping bag click “Proceed to Checkout”. During the ‘Payment Stage’ of the checkout process you will be asked to enter your coupon code and we will take care of the rest.

  What products can I redeem a coupon on? top  

  Coupons can be redeemed on any of the products that are listed on Terraplana.com website, unless otherwise stated.

  Can the coupon being used be redeemed against more than one product on the same order? top  

  Yes, you can redeem coupons against more than one product. For example, a free delivery coupon would apply to all items on your order. However, on occasions we may have ‘product specific’ promotions, in which case the coupon will only apply to a particular item within a order.

  What are the expiry dates on the coupons? top  

  Expiry dates are used as many of our promotions will be seasonal, such as Christmas or Easter. The expiry date will be listed on the coupon email if an expiry date is applicable.

  What can I do if I’ve forgotten to apply a coupon to an order I have already placed? top  

  Depending on the type of coupon you have been sent we may be able to apply the promotion/discount after you placed the order. We suggest that you contact our Customer Support team who will be able to discuss this with you further. Call them on 1-212-274-9000 (between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday).
