do I redeem a coupon that I’ve
received? |

It’s simple to redeem a
coupon and is done during the checkout process.
Add the product(s) you want to purchase to your
shopping bag by clicking the “Add to bag” button.
From your shopping bag click “Proceed to
Checkout”. During the ‘Payment Stage’ of
the checkout process you will be asked to enter
your coupon code and we will take care of the rest. |

website, unless otherwise stated. |

more than one product on the same order? |

Yes, you can redeem coupons against
more than one product. For example, a free delivery
coupon would apply to all items on your order.
However, on occasions we may have ‘product
specific’ promotions, in which case the coupon
will only apply to a particular item within a order. |

are the expiry dates on the coupons? |

Expiry dates are used as many
of our promotions will be seasonal, such as Christmas
or Easter. The expiry date will be listed on the
coupon email if an expiry date is applicable. |

can I do if I’ve forgotten to apply
a coupon to an order I have already placed? |

we may be able to apply the promotion/discount
after you placed the order. We suggest that you
