  How quickly will I get my order? top  

  - Delivery within the USA
Items shipped within the USA will be sent via UPS Ground 2-5 business day service.

- Delivery to Canada, South America and Mexico
Items shipped to Canada, South America and Mexico will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International 7-10 business day service.


  How do I know if the goods I want are in stock? top  

  Our website shows live stock levels. You can check to see if we have the item you require by selecting the relevant size and colour choice in the “add to bag” area. Once you have made your selection a stock status indicator will appear to the right hand side of the quantity box.

In stock – if the size/colour option you have selected shows as in stock, this means this item is available for despatch (see delivery information for further details on delivery times).

Pre order – if the size/colour option you have selected shows as pre-order, this means that we do not currently have stock of that particular item but we are expecting further deliveries within the next month. You can add these items to your shopping basket and pre-order them. We will send the item on to you as soon as it is available. It will not delay any other items on the order and your debit/credit card will not be charged until the goods are despatched.

Out of Stock – if the size/colour option you have selected has a stock status of Out of Stock, this item is not available and you will not be able to add it to your basket.

  What if the products I order do not fit or I decide that I do not like them? top  

  Here at Terraplana we offer a 30 day returns policy, so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return the item unworn in its original packaging. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. You are required to pay to the carriage to return the goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you. You will be refunded the full amount for the goods (postage and packing will not be refunded).

There are two main ways to return goods to us;

Return via USPS Priority Mail - this option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to request to send the goods back using the relevant service . You will find a peel-off label with our address on the top right hand side of your despatch note.

Return via UPS Ground - this option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local UPS Store where you will need to request to send the goods back using the relevant service . You will find a peel-off label with our address on the top right hand side of your despatch note.

Canadian, South American & Mexican Customers - please use your local postal service where you will need to request to send the goods back using the relevant service . You will find a peel-off label with our address on the top right hand side of your despatch note.

Whichever option you choose – don’t forget to include your returns form so we know who the parcel is from!

  Do I have to pay postage on goods I return? top  

  You are required to pay to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you.

  Can I have an exchange? top  

  Please fill out the returns form and ship the shoes back, unworn and in the original packaging. You will not be charged postage and packaging on the replacement item.
